Islamic extremists Burn schools and kill teachers in Nigeria

The leader of Nigeria's extremist Islamic sect has threatened to burn down more schools and kill teachers. But has denied his fighters are killing children. Islamic radical Abubakar Shekau spoke in a video released on Saturday. In the video Shekau denies his Boko Haram group is negotiating peace with the Nigerian government. He says he supports fighters who have burned down several schools in northeastern Nigeria in recent weeks, and that they will kill school teachers who are teaching Western education.Shekau says they will not touch the young ones because the Quran teaches that one must not kill children, women and elderly people. But in the massacres in Northen Nigeria dozens of children have been killed. Attacks on schools have continued though Nigeria has deployed thousands of troops to put down an Islamic uprising posing the greatest threat in years to national security.
