Angola's delegation for the World Youth Day 2013 named
The Catholic Church in Angola has said it is sending a delegation of 700 participants at the World Youth Day scheduled to start next week in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro. The auxiliary bishop of Luanda, the Rt. Rev. Zeferino Zeca Martins, who will be accompanying the delegation, told reporters at the weekend that he considered the event to be an opportunity to be seized by youth for the socialization and reinforcement of the faith during the meeting with Pope Francis. He explained that World Youth Day is marked by various activities including prayers, catechesis on the faith and interaction among youths from various parts of the world, who share their faith experiences.
