THE PROJECT

Following Why Poverty? Day launched by the EBU at the end of 2012, and in keeping with the teachings of Pope Francis, Vatican Radio is pursuing its commitment to raise public awareness toward poverty and its causes.
To this end, Vatican Radio has launched a project with the partnership of Prospettiva8, a non-profit association dedicated to encouraging the art of photography.

Thanks to this collaboration, Vatican Radio hosts on its websites the exclusive photographs by the authors of Prospettiva8 on the theme of poverty. They are unpublished photos that week by week will enhance the web gallery of Vatican Radio’s websites
